    We offer local collection and delivery options within Kent. Delivery charges vary based on your location and the delivery option you choose. The exact cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

    To add a new FAQ, follow these steps: 1. Go to your site dashboard or Editor. 2. Click on 'Add FAQ'. 3. Enter your question and answer. 4. Assign the FAQ to a relevant category. 5. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs later.
  • How do I customize the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    To customize the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title, go to the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. For mobile app customization, navigate to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and make the necessary changes.
  • How can I add media to my FAQ?
    Yes, you can add images, videos, or GIFs to your FAQ. Follow these steps: 1. Go to your site dashboard or Editor. 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one. 3. Click on the video, image, or GIF icon in the answer text box. 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept payments via Clearpay online ONLY.
  • How do I care for my upcycled furniture?
    To care for your upcycled furniture, avoid using harsh chemicals. Clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. For painted surfaces, use a soft cloth to avoid scratches.
